Terms of Registration

1. Account Registration
By creating an account with OpenMRO, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
2. Authorized Use
OpenMRO accounts are intended for authorized business procurement purposes only. You may not use your account to purchase items for resale without prior written authorization, or for any unlawful purpose. Access is restricted to individuals aged 18 or older acting on behalf of a registered business entity.
3. Payment Terms
All orders require prepaid payment by credit card or ACH unless net terms have been expressly approved in writing. OpenMRO reserves the right to cancel any order that cannot be verified or funded at the time of placement. Prices are subject to change without notice until an order is confirmed.
4. Pricing Policy
OpenMRO operates as a distributor and prices products based on market sourcing costs plus a service margin. Quoted prices are valid for 24 hours unless otherwise stated. OpenMRO reserves the right to decline or reprice orders if sourcing costs change materially after a quote is issued.
5. Returns and Refunds
Returns are accepted for items that arrive damaged in transit, are the wrong item shipped, or are defective within the manufacturer warranty period. Buyer's remorse returns are not accepted unless explicitly stated on the order confirmation. All return requests must be initiated within 14 days of receipt.
6. Shipping
OpenMRO fulfills orders via drop-ship from approved vendors. Delivery estimates are based on vendor-stated lead times plus one business day processing buffer. OpenMRO is not responsible for carrier delays or force majeure events beyond its control.
7. Account Suspension
OpenMRO reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms, engages in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to the platform or other users. Suspended accounts will be notified by email.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from use of OpenMRO shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association rules.
9. Changes to Terms
OpenMRO may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
